Hello, I'd like to sharpen a couple of things. First, your endurance, isn't a physical factor, the amount of "pain" you can suffer without taking a breather, for example, depends how committed are you. In another words, an Olympic marathon runner, doesn't have to endure pain better than you do. His aerobic capabilities are much better (without offending, of course) and not his endurance. Until now, it was just syntax. I assume you wish to improve your aerobic or anaerobic capabilities in order to get better results. Well, the answer is not obvious. It includes many factors like how often do you workout, how do you eat and even whether you're a beginner or not. beginners improve much faster than pros. Here's one tip for you, if you'd like to get better, build a training schedule and set a short term goal. once you're there replace the schedule with another and set a further goal. Here you go, that's improving.
