I am 29 yrs old, female, and was never very thin but OH LORD never this big. After having 3 children, which were by C-section (all 3), I gained so much weight, staying with more pounds each pregnancy. I have been trying different diets, pills, shots...name it, I prolly done it. So I finally came across a video that everyone was telling me about, not too boring but most importantly not long enough to get bored...Walk Away the Pounds, the 1 mile is about 16 min long, and I have been doing it 4 x a week for 2 months and have lost 15 lbs.
