Need info on Drs. that practiced at Genesse hospital (Rochester,New York) between 1999- closing.
Medical records are only required to be stored for up to 7 years then they can be distoryed. Try locating the medical society for New York...they might be able to provide you with the information where these records are or if the practice was taken over by another physician.
