First, you will have to completely change your diet, pick something healthy that works for you. Then, you'll need to start going to the gym and working out every part of your body, at least 4 times per week.  When you have lost the fat, you can then start working on specific body parts, in order to look more like a body builder.

Try to loose some weight first before going to the gym. Cardio exercises will do like running or biking, 30-40 minutes and 4-5 times a week. Doing this is very effective in burning some calories. After you've done losing some weight, go and be signed up for bodybuilding programs at a gym. You might want to try and visit:
