The longest race is the Telladega Superspeedway, This track is 2.66 miles long. A NEXTEL Cup car can reach speeds up to 235 miles per hour!! This track opened in 1969 and some drivers boycotted it because of these high speeds.

The longest track is Talladega Superspeedway, which is 2.66 miles long, and the longest race is the Coca Cola 600, which is at Lowe's Motor Speedway.
