Money is better than poverty, if only for financial reasons.

Hmiel is back racing, and recently won a USAC Western Sprint Car Series race on a quarter-mile paved track in Roseville, Calif. It was the first time he had driven a Sprint Car. In order to race in this class, he had to pass a substance abuse policy, which he did. He said that he believes his days of using drugs are over, and apparently so does his family and team. One can only hope the best for him, and that he returns to racing with the "big boys."
