I am big. It's the pictures that got small!

There are three fonts required by the system that cannot be disabled with FontBook. Those are Geneva (Geneva.dfont), Keyboard (Keyboard.dfont) and Lucida Grande (Lucida Grande.dfont).

Terminal aplication needs Monaco and Address Book requires Helvetica to function correctly.  Most of the time you'll see Geneva.
