false imprisonment on bench warrant lawsuits - was not told that I had a court date and my attorney proved to judes I did not!!! Was in prison 12 days. My attorney says I have a good case for a lawsuit. Agree??? My case had been lowered to go before a magistrate but my asst solicitor failed to get the paper work in the correct place so he DROPPED THE BALL AS HE STILL HAD CASE IN HUGH COURT AND IT WAS NOT. Stripped of self-esteeem, wasnot given my medicaation, humilated as pictures in paper weekly of those incarcarated and family has disowned me though my lawyer said to tell them to call him and he would gladyly tell them - HELP - Where and whne will my answer appear??
