I cannot load anything, nada, nunca, into my MP3 ...

I cannot load anything, nada, nunca, into my MP3 MP4 3.5 Generation Megaview Player.  I have used iTunes and Microsoft Media Player with no success. How is this accomplished since I want to load a dvd into the player for voice.  Is there any instructional book available online for this?
