Here's how to get the scoop on ANY band you want to follow. The first and most obvious thing to do is "Google their concert dates."

Then find their MySpace, join their Fanclub, find them on Facebook and become a FAN. Look for their Twitter threads, and be active in commenting on their corporate blogs.

If you do these things, you will never be left out of the loop, unless it's one of those artists that only comes out of the woodwork once in a blue moon. If this is the case, you can subscribe to their production company's newsletter and wait for word.
