My wife has made a cd of hymns of her hymns trhat are her own arrangements> can she legally sell them and donate proceeds to charity?
If they are her own arrangements and sound somewhat similar to the originals it's okay to sell as long as the proceeds are donated to the charity.....Keep all paperwork realting to monies donated just in case.....
