The first respopnse is the 'Original' Har Shokef, which on a flowing day takes a lot to beat....Nahal Alon og The Gozemet (Ofer Forest) probably are more adrenalin pumping (2mm from ER most of the way down).
But although it is not quite a 'Single' Track...the sheer volume of nature at Nahal Zin takes the prize for me (see the enclossed and breath deep).
There are always more to discover though...
