I would use the cleanser in the morning, apply the toner, and moisturize afterwards. At night I would use the cleanser again, exfoliate and moisturize. I did this every night per the instructions of my trained cosmetologist, the person whom sold me the kit. But if you haven't purchased your kit, and you are planning to buy, please visit a Macy's, Nordstrom, Sears, or J.C. Penny's cosmetic counter, or any of your choice for that matter. The representatives there will show you how to apply (there is an art to it) and how to use each bottle, jar or tube for your facial skin care treatment system.

Washing your face too many times a day could strip essential oils and cause your skin to ago too fast. Twice daily - a gentle cleanser, toner and moisturizer Keep it simple and use quality products. The skin has several basic needs. First, it needs to be kept as clean as possible. Second, the skin needs to be protected from sunlight and other environmental insults.
You should exfoliate your skin two times a week. If you use more than that will cause the skin to become dry and start to flake.
