A:David I don't know about deed's in lieu, but since I asked a question that was probably not your's to answer about HUD, Small Businesses and O"Bama. Would it be to forward of me to ask to be come an angel Investor for a 501 (c). I know that's not how it's really done with Non-Profit's. However, I kow the cause to be a great one.
