Hi Diana. You should contact the attorney who is handling your bankruptcy and let him/her know you missed the payment and the attorney should be able to advise you on what action you should take. When in bankruptcy, it is very important to follow the plan presented to you by the bankruptcy clerk and you must advise the clerk and your attorney of any changes in your situation as promptly as possible.
