there are new laws that pass.let say your payments are 2000.00 a month.you can make a deal ,you can give them 1000.00 a month,there will take it.so no there will not take your house away.call your lender make deal of payment plane.there so many problem today there will help you.

Do not put yourself out. We never like losing our homes, but sometimes we have to ask ourselves: can we really afford this. Is it worth the sleepless nights in trying to raise the money. Have you spoke to a counselor for debt counseling help?  I was in the same scenario as you, and they helped me clear debt, keep my home, and I am living well ever since.  Keep it in mind.
