How do you get your money back from this scam?

Did you ever get your money back?

The definition of scam is "Every program or website or online money making biz that asks you to submit money before the start of the program and ensures you to earn a huge money".

Usually all these programs are waste of your time and money and you will not get your money back ever. Usually they ask you to agree with their terms and conditions before submitting your money. In their terms it is usually clearly written that you cannot ask for the refund of your money.

So, if you have invested in any of such scam online programs, then you cannot get your money back. Just learn from the experience and don't do these things again :-)

Follow the below mentioned steps to report scam and get your monye back from the scam:

1. Gather all electronic transmissions and/or documentation between you and the seller. If you incurred any expenses up to this point, make sure you have proof of all expenses as well. Be sure to keep these items in a secure place, as you may need them during your efforts to retrieve your money.

2. Contact PayPal, your credit card company, your bank or whichever entity you utilized to purchase the product. If you used your credit card, contact your financial institution letting the representatives know what has transpired.

3. Touch base with the site that advertised the item. This could be eBay, a newspaper classified ad or Craigslist. Again, be sure and document the contact and record any information given. Follow any and all instructions given.

4. Continue to contact the seller via email. Even if you get no response, the seller will know that you are pursuing the matter. Do not attempt contact the person in person or by phone.

5. Call your local law enforcement agency and the law enforcement agency overseeing the area of the seller. File a report. Keep in mind that they may or may not do anything. But at least a report will be filed.

6. Be patient and be cautious. It may take weeks or even months for an investigation to be completed.

7. File a claim against the person or company behind the Internet scam.

I have purchase quite a few of these online making courses and ebooks. I am usually caution when I purchase them and always look out for the money back guarantee sign, e.g risk free for 60 days etc. Thus far when I am able to get back my refund from a few programs usually from clickBank which is very reliable as they do not want their reputation to be tarnish. So a word of advise would be to look for course endorsed by Clickbank.

I have been on this quest for online money making for a few months now and I more often than not, most of the courses are very theoretical and no step by step instructions. So can't really apply unless you are really an experience internet marketing guru.

Finally, I discovered a complete and awesome course which teaches me step by step on how to make money online. I am really excited as I know I have found the real deal and I cancelled all my other subscriptions and focus on this one.
