I recently joined GDI, company who gives hosting service & you get 7 days free trial, but after that you start paying 10$ per month. Which is an excellent deal. You can quit anytime even during a free trial. I personally don't have payment proof but there are lot of people who have and they have uploaded their videos on youtube.
