I would ask for my money back very soon!, if they don't care about you, and dont even give you instructions on how to follow through, it is not the kind of company you would like to continue a relationship. 

It is really sad, that some companies only take the money and once they have it, they don't care no more.

Ask for your money back, either through your bank or click bank if that is the place you bought it from.
