Other than your son's dad pitching in; there may not be any real answers.  Go to school and get trained in a job pertaining to the medical profession.  Those jobs are needed and most hospitals are hiring skilled workers.   Start as a nurses aid and work up.  There are training programs within every hospital to allow people to learn and acquire new and more valuable skills.  Maybe family can help babysit the little one while you work.
