If you are speaking to the US currency, it is being removed from circulation, but it is still legal tender. It was last printed in 2003. If you have one, it can still be used!
If you are speaking to the Canadian currency, the $2 dollar bill has been replaced with $2 coins, affectionately called a Twonnie. The bill is still recognized as legal tender if you have it. Twonnies are in abundance.
