well, if the account is in the name of the laywer- because he is the legal gaurdian or whatever, than he has power of autorney over the funds, and only he can access them. now, it depends if you are co-owner of the account, or just have rights. if you are co-owner than you can do whatever as long as the lawer co-signs with you
