Baseboard price vary depending on the type of wood, thickness, height and profile. A normal pine stock 3-1/4" base at a lumber yard should normally be around .80 cents per foot.
Building costs vary from region to region and even builder to builder. In the Midwest you could expect to have 80- $100 per sq. ft. These cost would in include materials - lumber,roofing,siding,doors and windows,trims and labor.
