How to get mold out an expensive football jersey? I tried spray and wash and tried tilex and soaked it overnight and the stains are still there.I can't use bleach because I have hard water. Please help! Thanks Patti

Have you tried lemon rub on shirt out in sun all day before washing.

Tilex is bleach. That is its main ingredient. Just smell it and you will see. Hard water has little to do with it. Add some baking soda to your wash water. That will soften it enough to use any product. BUT, mold is really difficult to kill. If the bleach didn't work, and you try the lemon juice and it is also unsuccessful, you don't have many other options. Try adding the baking soda to the wash water. That will help all your laundry.
