I think you're going to have to call your phone provider and ask them to reset your password. They will probably give you a password and then you can change it to what you want. I don't think there's another way.
Unfortunately, without the help of your service provider you can't.

heres the link to download the update software and when its done use your data cable to connect the phone with ur pc by keeping your mobile on.the update takes around 50 minutes.i am sure it will work as it worked for mine.if you dont have the data cable for it then use the one provided with card readers.
