I work retail a custmer charged on unauthorized ...

i work retail a custmer charged on unauthorized account had product installed we billed caught on she had my business card text a mess to cell who is this i responded my name and who is this later cust took mess i replyed back and edited it changed mess used to try get me in trouble with my employer so get out of bill. have you heard of this and how do i prove did this.
