The image quality depends on many parameters which aren't under your control- sensor, lens, processor etc. There are no special settings that might increase the quality of the image. One thing you can do is to edit the image on your computer with photoshop or any other similar software.

So If Your Mobile Phone is in warranty Period then you can replace the phones else you need to repair it.you can buy all kind of Accessories For mobile Phones from Waysale.
