What do you do with the mixture? Drink it, bath in it, douche with it? It is so unclear and different sites recommend different methods.

Hydrogen peroxide definitely doesn't work in treating yeast infections (and I know this from personal experience). The only way to treat them is to use an antifungal yeast infection cream or get a prescription from the doctor.
