Make mirror a smaller size

Kelly, How would I cut down a mirror? Mine is very big and I'd like to cut it down and put molding around it but I don't know how to cut it down to a smaller size? I can't take it off the wall because it is glued on tightly. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
