I'd start with adding another litter tray, especially if your rabbit tends to do it in one specific place. There's a lot of good advice in

Hi,
Well I have a lop myself and when we first got it we put him in a small cage and he would just poop in same corner all the time and as he got bigger we went out and got him a cage that was three floors and we put in a litter box, at first he would poop out the box, so I picked up some of the poop and wet litter and put it in his litter box. I cleaned and bleached the bottom tray and from that day on he started pooping in his litter box.
Good Luck

Rabbits, unlike other animals get smarter w/age. Always be sure the boxes are visible & plentiful e.g. one in every room she runs loose in. Also be sure to put some poo in the box so she knows what it's for & let her see you put her stray poo in the box. when I first started letting my Rusty run, I also blocked off a small area for him and as he became better at doing his thing, I would expand his play area. If you keep her in a cage, you can purchase a corner box that will also be useful in this matter. Not to mention keeping her cage clean & doing away with the need for those uncomfortable rabbit cages w/the grate bottom & slide out tray.
Almost forgot...Please, for her safety, never let her run unsupervised!!! Rabbits will always gnaw to keep their teeth managable, you will not be able to stop this behavior & a favorite of theirs is electrical cord...Good Luck...These are great pets, energetic & lots of fun...Also give her fresh fruit & veggie treats & use them to train her..but NEVER give her cabbage...it can cause wettail which can be fatal.
my rabbit dose the same its tottally normal
i have a rabbit and what i did was save some of the poo and then clean out the cage and romove all scents from the cage do not put back any sawdust apart from putting it in the litter tray and put on the poo that u saved earlier then it should do it there. hope this helps.
