Hii Dooli

As a rule - the rock's (and the minerals) weathering depend ,almost, on their hardness and the rate of solubility in water.

So - the first mineral will be the HALITE (sea salt, or rock salt),than the GYPSUM, and after it (in a row) MARL, LIMESTONE ( the mineral CALCITE),DOLOMITE, and all the carbonate family ,and the FLINT. Than the minerals of the GRANIT family -BIOTITE and MUSCOVITE, ORTHOCLASE and MICROCLINE, QUARZ and many minerals that the GRANITE contains. Almost to the same level of weathering belong tha BASALT'S minerals.
