I just finished building my website - any advice about how to get it noticed?!

All good answers thus far.  An immediate way to reach a target audience is by using Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing, or one of the other paid search providers. This certainly is not rocket science, and if you have the time and inclination can be a good way to get noticed and drive some good traffic to your site. If you want to farm it out, there are any number of good paid search management companies out there who could perform that service for a reasonable price.
