Whole milk, skim, or something in middle?

What's the healthiest percentage milk to drink?  I'm confused from all the things I hear.

I believe all diary products should have 2% fat. You need the fat to absorb vitamins (like B12) and calcium. The fat is also needed to trigger the gallbladder to empty it's bile.  It 's advisable to cook the milk.

With a ballanced diet one quart per day of 2 percent, for a healthy working adult.

i would say 2 percent BREAST MILK,................. figure 1 percent per jug
