If you were married for 10 years while you were active duty she is entitled to half of your pension upon retirement. It matters not if she lives with a man, a woman, or in a brothel unfortunately. As long as she remains legally unmarried, she is entiteled to that benefit. If you were married for even a day less than 10 years, she will not be entitled to anything regardless of her marital status.
