Actually, no. We're not fighting Muslims. We're fighting extremists and fanatics who use Islam as an excuse for their actions. Islam advocates peace, not violence and terrorism, and most Muslims dislike and are as afraid of the extremists as we are. If a Muslim is an American citizen, and wants to defend his country, he should have exactly the same rights as any other citizen to join the military.
