Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.

And the question is?

Turn off the television and teach your children how to think.

You might ask your doctor about Topamax.

There is many medications out there.  What sometimes works for me is Relpax. I take it with Diazepam so you don't get the anxiety feeling. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Other than that there is pain medications like Fiorocet with codeine and of course pills and/or suppositories for nausea. This is not much help, I know. I've been trying to find something that would work for me "always" for over 25 years. The best I advice I can tell you is keep trying, don't let your doctor try to intimidate you and make you feel like a drug addict by asking for pain meds. Sometimes those are the only thing that gets you through a really bad migraine. Good luck
