The Talking Feature On Socom Tactical Strick for PSP is messed up......

On Socom Tactical Strike for the PSP, the talking feature is messed up and is not working right. The first time i got it to work, I heard a gurgly sound and then the real talking, but now I can not hear what other poeple are saying. I can see that they are trying to talk but i never hear them. Anyone know why this is happening?
