I have got to know about methadone....

I have been on Methadone for 2 yrs. It has been a blessing with treating my Fibromyalgia pains and keeping me from abusing other or any narcotics. I have recently been diagnosed with peripheral Neuropathy and pretty sure I also have Autonomic Neuropathy, undiagnosed for the moment. I didn't realize that all the troubles I have had with my urinary problems could be related with that. And my blood pressure, and, and, and!! Also I have recently was diagnosed with having Gastroparesis. Its been one thing after the other and no one ,all the different doctors I have been to has put all of it together YET. My question and my fear is- Could the Methadone be causing all these symptoms and the Neuropathies??

I am not sure but you might get the answer on the internet---I believe its Medical.com.. I also have fibromyalgia--tried Lyrica--could not take it---it helped the pain, but I had hallucinations which is something I have never had....You could try not taking your medicine for a couple of days and see what happens...
