I don't know if we should really be mesmerized by India's services, but I do know that it will be unfair if the outsource service providers should not be hated when companies prefer to outsource rather than to exploit their own resources. BPO service providers are offering the same quality service at a much lower price, thus we cannot also blame businesses which are generally profit-oriented to prefer to outsource their service needs.
