Yeah, that's the only one I know also. Rest/Ice/Compression/Elevation - it's kind of a mnemonic device to help you remember what to do for injuries such as sprains, etc. I have no idea of the meaning as used in a therapeutic setting. Respect/Independence/Caring/Empathy?
