Glad to be  Republican.Thank the Clintons, Cause without  them ,Barack Obama Would  not won the 2008 U.S. Presidential Election.Without the Clintons, Obama would not  be U.S. President

This  is  my  advice , See  if  you  have a  local  mental  health  clinic ,  that  offers  day  programs for  people  like yourself, Your  like me  we  don't  get out  of  the house  a lot  and  we start thinking about  things

The  program  your looking  for  is  called  either  "Partial  Hospitalization  Program"(No your not hospitalized , its  a  day  program)  Also  ask  a counselor,  if  there  is  any  day  programs  for like  2 hours  where  you  can  sit  and talk  with people it's  called  "Wellness group"

There  may  be  groups  that  meet  And  these  people   have  the  same type of illnesses  and trust me  you  will  start  to  feel  a lot  better

There  is  a  website  called  www.nami.org   and  they   do  have  people  who  can talk to you  and they  may  have  know  of  different  places  in your  area

Good  Luck  at  finding  some place   but  these  places  are  most  covered  by  most  insurances  and  they  may  even  be able  to get  your  County to  pay  for  treatment  if  you  have  no insurance
