How do you deal with the stress of having to live ...

how do you deal with the stress of having to live with your parents, with your son who is 21 months old? I'm constantly being put down and its hard (even with my klonipin) to handle myself correctly. i put them through hell, i know, and i'm back with a kid. i understand their frustration, but damn, i just went through a custody battle, i'm always depressed. its gotten to the point where when they start throwing verbal right and left hooks and uppercuts at me, it makes me insensitive to my son. i'm at wits end, please help

It can be very stressful to be living with your own parents, especially when you are grown.  Call it the generation divide.  But your parents have every right to impose their own rules as long as you are living in their house.  Be grateful that they are helping you take care of your kid and provide you with shelter.  Try to stay out of their way.  That means staying out of their house as much as possible even if you are unemployed.  Spend time at the public library, be a volunteer, and work out at the gym to relieve stress.  Join a support group for single parents.
