Why are men so willing to lose their family over a stupid affair or sex

Why are men so willing to lose their family over a fling on the side?  For instance you see so many times in the new how some man cheated on his wife for some floosy.  For example Steve Phillips.  Why do they feel it's worth losing everything over?

Hey, some men want 2 have theircake and eat it, butwomen can be the same also. Men will cheat time and time again if they know they can get away with it...It makes me so mad to know they do not think abou their family when they behave like ths.

Home improvement projects, "Get'er done."

Men tend to think in the moment. On the other hand it’s easier to say yes and get something out of it than it is to say no and wish that you had said yes for the rest of your life. I know! We’re stupid that way.

Because they let the urge of their pants overide  their common sense. I think they probably think they will never be discovered. Don't get me wrong, women are as guilty as men. This idea of "grass is aways greener on the other side", is a  crock of bull and usually proves to be wrong when the new wears off. Women are more likely to want to get married than the men are from these affairs, because I think most of the time women get involved with their heart and soul where men don't.Men want to play the field and see how many times they can score if they are not lucky enough to get their wife and family back. Most men or women doing this should never have married to start with.A minute of gratification is not worth breaking up a family.Let common sense prevail always.

I'm a man and I've never cheated on a partner. I'm frankly mystified by it all. I see men married to beautiful, lovely women and they go out and cheat with some skank. I just don't get that. Frankly, any man that would cheat on a great wife is too stupid to be married in the first place.

Men who cheat aren't thinking about the long run and they're definitely not thinking they're going to get caught. When a man becomes sexually aroused, not much else is on their minds besides getting laid. Sad but true.. not all men cheat but the ones who do simply aren't thinking about the risk.

Men are impulsive. A better question to ask would be if men regret cheating on their wives/partners after being with another woman. Chances are they do. Of course, this isn't to say that women don't have the same urges.
