My husband got a vesectomy 12 years ago and a kidney transplant 3 years ago. Due to the length of time it has been since the vesectomy, being a post-transplant patient, and the medication he has been on for the past 3 years for the kidney....We've received very discouragng news concerning getting a reversal and conceiving without IVF. What do you think. My husband is 100% Service Connected. Do you think that the VA would cover the IVF?

Having a little experience with the VA, my dad's a vet, I'd be less than optimistic about your chances of the VA covering IVF.  Considering that IVF is considered an "elective" procedure the chances are rather slim.  Your best bet is to contact his care provider, or better yet, the insurance office themselves and ask about it before getting into something expensive and finding out you're not covered.
