To meet rich women you must be where they are.  In America that would be at country clubs, yacht clubs, gathering places in upscale neighborhoods, charitable events, beaches in rich areas such as Palm Beach Florida, the opera, ballet performances, etc.  If you are in Uganda and want to meet them, you should join a dating service on the internet.  You should dress well, be confident, well mannered, and have an uplifting attitude.  Good Luck!
