Fertyl is the same as clomid.

It can help make you ovulate, but your doctor needs to be monitoring the development of the follicles in your ovaries - clomid can sometimes cause ovulation of multiple ova, raising the risk for a pregnancy with multiples.

In addition, it is not recommended to take clomid long term, as it can thin your uterine lining when used for several consecutive cycles.
