Hydrocodone-APAP 7.5-500 TAB (7.5mg Hydrocodone / 500mg Acetaminophen ) a common generic for Vicodin/Lorcet/Lortab, a narcotic pain reliever. It can also be prescribed in an oral solution as a cough suppressant.

Hydrocodone 358's are Vicodine 750's.

So what???

Hydrocodone can be used for cough, but it is the generic for Vicodine. Vicodine is a pain killer. Mainly used to kill pain. they prescribe up to 1000 mg. Then it's oxy's and Morphine.

358's are Vicodine 750's. A pain killer.

Its a tablet of M 358 is 7.5 mg hydrocodone and 500 mg acetaminophen.
