Hi Steve. Assuming you have general sales experience, I think you have a good chance of getting an interview for such a job. Just be sure to project an air of eagerness to learn and excel at medical sales at the interview. Be prepared to take a lower salary in the beginning while you are learning the ins and outs of the industry. Good luck!
I always say, a salesman is a salesman - Like poochlover said, expect an entry level salary until you learn the tricks of the trade.
