I am experiencing severe pain in both my legs. More like muscle's hurting. I have not done anything new but it feels like the pain you have after you exercise or walk a very long distance.

"What does it profit a man to gain the world if he loses his soul?"

It could be dehydration.  It's poor circulation, either caused by dehydration, or something more serious.  You probably need to see a doctor if you rehydrate yourself and it doesn't immediately go away within the next day or so.  If you're not dehydrated, see a doctor quickly, because bad circulation could a warning sign of very serious trouble.  If you have trouble staying hydrated and the cramps or pains keep returning, you also have a problem and need to see the doctor.

4 thumbs up

Pain in both legs could be because of few different reason

1-Radicular pain from lower back (sciatica)

2- Muscular inflammation (myositis)

3- Vascular (bad Circulation)

4- Metabolic disease such as Slow thyroid,...

Consulting with a physician will be the best way to go.
