With advertising vendor programs, the vendor creates a co-op advertising budget enabling retailers to earn discounts on their advertising costs by including the vendor's products and logos. Vendor advertising programs vary, but usually reemburse the retailer based pre-defined guidelines, which can be based on vendor sales at the retailer or some other percentage.
